EDDY KENZO WHOOPS SIX CLEAN NOMINATION IN UP COMING AWARDS

kenzoUgandan Super Star born as Muusza Edrisa aka Eddy Kenzo has received six nominations in this year in the Uganda Entertainment Awards that will be going down on the 19th  of August this year.

Eddy Kenzo has been nominated in six categories and that is , In the artist of the year , East African Act, African Act, Collaboration of the year for the song royal, Video of the year for the song Soraye and the Male Artist of the year.  

This is a clear indicator that Eddy Kenzo is one of the biggest names not just in Uganda but across the world.

Kenzo was born in Masaka a town that is located in the Central of Uganda. He has gone through a hard life as he joined the streets at the age of 13 after losing his mother at the age of 5 years.

His breakthrough in music came in the year 2010 after realizing a song titled “stamina” and the song was used as a theme song for President Yoweri Museveni in his campaign.

The song “Sitya Loss” brought eddy Kenzo to the lime light and helped him win a number of awards.

Eddy Kenzo won the Best New Music Award and the Viewer’s Choice Awards in the Afro Australia Music Movie Awards. He also won the best use of social media artist of the in the Hip Hop Music Awards among many more.
