BLAZE KENYA “BE YOUR OWN BOSS” BLAZE UP THIKA CITY.

The second edition of BLAZE KENYA has blazed up Thika city at Thika Technical Training Institute bringing together big successful names   in different sectors of our Kenyan economy while aiming at providing mentorship skills to young people and help them “Be Your Own Boss”.

It is an event that kicked off at 9am up to 5pm and was graced by big names in the entertainment industry who took youths through a number of steps on how  to use their passion to achieve their dreams at any given time.

A good number of celebrities showed up to mentor youths below the age of 26 years and empower them with knowledge to be able to realize what it takes to succeed in their line of duty.

The youths who attended the Thika Blaze Edition where able to participate in auditions for an upcoming TV show as a way of “BE Their Own Boss”

The stars who attended the Blaze Thika edition included Rabbit aka King Kaka, Nick Mutuma, Khaligraph Jones, Wangechi, Timmy Tdat, Mwalimu Racheal, Anita Nderu, Agnes Kiunga, Sauti Sol publicist Anyiko Owoko , Karis the Comedian, Mutua Mutheka among many more.

“Be Your Own Boss” is the main focus of Blaze Kenya has it provides access to mentors who can guide the Youths toward the right direction. Youths were able to attend sessions training them on how to handle their area of interest be it music, arts, agribusiness, entrepreneurship and carrier related issues.

BLAZE is a new network that is under the wings of Safaricom Limited created to speak, empower and deliver specific events, product and services to the youths through the use of powerful   and successful mentors.

The platform is helping youths realize the importance of following their passion and be able to explore their potential to the maximum and benefit fully from their energies.

The first edition of Blaze Kenya went down in Eldoret last month and you have to be on the watch out as the next edition might be coming next to your door step.
