NJUGUSH USES A PUBLICITY STUNT TO HYPE HIS UPCOMING PROJECT
By Dennis Milimo
For a long time celebrities have been using fake weddings as a way of promoting their new projects in the music industry and ensure they remain relevant. This effect seems to be spreading like bush fire across all departments of the entertainment cake.
After retiring from the The Real House Helps of Kawangware Timothy Kimani aka Njugush has been under the carpet for quite some time now.
Earlier this week, beloved comedian released photos that led many to believe that he was preparing to walk down the aisle with her longtime girlfriend Celestine Ndinda. Being engaged to his girlfriend made many to start preparing their Kitenge’s as the set dates for the wedding were drawing near.
Njugush took Kenyan bloggers on a goose chase with his ‘wedding’ plans which turned out to be a hoax. Recently we discovered that Njugush played us all with his upcoming ‘wedding’in the name of hyping his upcoming show.
This was just another another marketing stunt that got many people off the hook.
The aim of the poster is to hype a stand-up comedy show starring Njugush, and is set to take place on the 16th of December-the date of the supposed wedding.
